IOC reaffirms controversial win of Algerian boxer; clarifies not related to transgender issue

The International Olympic Committee has stood behind their decision to allow Algerian boxer Imane Khelif to compete at the Paris Summer Olympics, despite previous controversy surrounding a "testosterone test." IOC spokesperson Mark Adams emphasized that Khelif is a woman and should be able to compete as such, stating, "This is not a transgender case."
